So, we have now set up our website and you can now shop at your leisure....

Why Online able to give more discounts than Retail Outlets?
Due to the high operating cost & labour crunch, we have closed all our Retail Outlets.
With the savings, we are now able to pass it down to you...

Have Outlet Vouchers / Bonus Stickers, can redeem?
Sorry, our Online discount system is different from our Retail Outlet discount system.
Therefore, Retail Outlet Vouchers / Bonus Stickers cannot be use for Online Purchase.

How do I know the quality of the items purchase from Online?
We are the pioneer in bringing in quality puzzles and have been retailing puzzles for more than a decade in Singapore.
Many of you have already know us and the quality selection that we have.
So be rest assured that we will bring in the best quality we can find....

NO SHOWROOM VISIT / DIRECT PURCHASE
We seek your kind understanding
 

- Some are not comfortable making purchases online
- Some prefer to hand-pick item personally
- Some prefer cash and carry

We understand all your concerns but our warehouse do not have a showroom ready for walk-in customers.

As such, we need your co-operation by,
- Placing an online order
- Indicate on your memo to us that you prefer to see the physical item before making decision to purchase
- Let us know when you will be coming so we can get items ready for your viewing
- No payment required yet.
- Upon selecting your item, you may pay by CASH

Why must place an online order?
- Placing an online order is just like making reservation
- We do not want to cause you any inconvenience by making a trip to our warehouse just to discover that stocks are sold out
- You can save your selection time as we can get items ready for you

I don't know how to go online to place order?
- Visit our website, look at the designs you like to see, take down the item code 
- Whatsapp us the Item code so we can get it ready for you

Do you CUSTOMISED PUZZLES?
Yes, we are provide customised puzzles service.
It is being manufactured by a reknown puzzle manufacturer overseas, so you can be assured of quality.
Material is made of durable plastic & water resistant printing, with superior quality & interlocking pieces -> no glue required.

Go to Product Categories, select the "Panels for Puzzle Size(cm)" for the Panels available

Why can't I find the panels for the puzzles I intend to purchase online?
European Brands (Heye, Edison Ricordi (ER), Educa (ED) ...)
As the size of the puzzles stated on the box is "approx" size, we recommend that you completely fixed up your puzzle, glue it, then measure the completed size before purchasing
Panels for these puzzles are custom made, so we do not carry much stock on hand.  Do write to us to check availability.

Japan Brands (Appleone, Apollosha, Artbox, Beverly, Epoch, Road, Yanoman...)
Yes, we carry most of the sizes.  If you don't see them online most likely we are out of stock.

Taiwan Brand (Pintoo)
Yes, we carry most of the sizes. If you don't see them online, most likely we are out of stock.

How to make payment?
We accept payment via PayPal Account / Credit Card/Debit Card / Bank Transfer.
Select the payment option during checkout.
The currency is currenly in Singapore Dollar (SGD). 

Select the wrong payment option? No worries. You do not need to create a new order.  
Just login to your purchase history and change your payment option and checkout again.

Local Delivery - You may receive your order within 5~7 working days instead of 3~5 working days.
Please plan your orders early to avoid disappointment or opt for Self-Collect instead.

• Our deliveries are currently outsourced to a 3rd Party Local Courier (TaQbin/SimplyPost/SpeedPost)
• Preferred date and time-slot selected in your order are only indicative for Local Courier delivery schedule.
• Request to Call before Delivery / Call to Inform of Change of Delivery Date & Time will not be possible as all deliveries will depends on Local Courier delivery request for that day

We will email you a Collection Confirmation with our Warehouse Address

Local Courier charge was based on size of item.
Panel Size above 30.5x43cm, additional delivery charge (surcharge) applicable.

Maximum delivery charge chargeable $20.00 (regardless of quantity)
Amount will be added into the Shipping Cost upon checkout.

• Panel Size (approx 1000pcs) - $  5 ~ 7.00 (Acrylic Screen / Glass Screen)
  - Send out within 3 working days via local courier
• Panel Size (approx 2000pcs) - $10.00 ~ 12.00 (Acrylic Screen / Glass Screen)
  - Special delivery arrangement required
  - Delivery will be within 5 to 7 working days from date of purchase​
  - Delivery : Only on Weekdays, 9 to 6pm

OVERSEAS (via SingPost Registered Parcel Post, approx. 5~14 working days)

Yes, we do accept international orders.
Items ordered will be shipped via SingPost Registered Parcel Post (approx. 5~14 working days to reach you)

Upon receiving your order, an Email notification will be sent to you to advise you the shipping/postage charge base on your country.
We will proceed to sent out your parcel upon receiving your payment.

An email notification will be sent to you once your order is sent out.
Registered Parcel Article no. will be indicated on the email for your tracking purpose.

Would like to save on Postage Charge?
Indicate on the "Customer Memo/Request" informing us your choice of shipping -> Self-Collection / Local Delivery

Self-Collect in Singapore

• You may place your order and indicate on the "Customer Memo" informing us when will you be in Singapore
• ​If your order is above $100.00, we will provide FREE Delivery (within 3~5 working days) to the hotel you will be staying.
• Orders below $50.00, $5.00 will be chargeable for the delivery (within 3~5 working days)
• If your stay in Singapore is less than 3 working days,
• > Opt for Self-Collect at our Warehouse
• > Opt for Express Delivery - $30.00 chargeable / $40.00 chargeable (to Sentosa)
• > Purchase above $300.00 and we will provide you FREE EXPRESS Delivery

Local Delivery Address (Self arrangement)

• If your order is above $100.00, we will provide FREE Delivery via Local Courier (within 3~5 working days)
  to your Local Delivery Address.
• If your order is above $50.00, we will provide FREE Delivery via Singpost Registered Parcel (within 5~7 working days)
