Our Customised puzzle is based on the picture you provide and in accordance to the Manufacturer's requirements.
Personalizing your puzzle is a unique gift that you can give to your love ones, as a Corporate Gift or for Team Building Events etc.

It is being manufactured by a reknown puzzle manufacturer overseas so you can be assured of quality.
Material is made of durable plastic & water resistant printing.
With superior quality and interlocking pieces - puzzle pieces stay together without glue even when picked up and move around.
With water resistant printing, you can now clean your puzzles with water and not having to worry about ruining the pieces
(just do not scrub) 

As it was not manufactured locally, we will need  approx. 6~8 weeks for this service to be delivered.

This service is applicable only to :
1) Normal Price items
2) Brands (Appleone, Artbox, Apollo Sha, Beverly, Epoch, Pintoo, Road, Tenyo, Yanoman)

We are unable to provide missing piece service for items on Promotions/Offer and brands not listed above

Take MRT to Jurong East MRT Station, then take bus from interchange (Bus No. 41 or 183)
Alight at the no. 6 bus-stop.

During Peak Season (New Year / Christmas / Holidays), expect some delay on parcel delivery process.
Local Delivery - You may receive your order within 5 working days instead of 3 working days.
Please plan your orders early to avoid disappointment or opt for Self-Collect instead.

• Order before 12pm (Working Day, Mon~Fri), and have your orders processed the same day!
• Orders received after 12pm (Working Day, Mon-Fri), will be processed the next day.

Order lower than $50.00, delivery rates as follows :
- $5.00 (via Local Courier, receive within 3 working days)
- $3.00 (via SingPost Registered Post, receive within 5-7 working days)

** Panels - Additional delivery charge (surcharge) will be chargeable subject to the size of Panels **
              - Maximum delivery charge chargeable will be S$20.00 (regardless of quantity)

OVERSEAS (via SingPost Registered Parcel Post)

For OVERSEAS Shipping, you will be advised accordingly once you have placed an order.
An Email notification will be sent to you to advise you the Shipping Charge based on your country.

Why Registered Parcel Post? Because its more economical and they provide you with a tracking no.
to track the arrival of your parcel.
Registered Parcel Post will take approx. 8~14 working days to reach you (depending on your country).
